Adityanath asked officials to handover 50,000 properties to buyers from Noida, Greater Noida

The chief minister of Uttar Pradesh Adityanath asked the officials to provide over 50,000 home buyers in Noida and Greater Noida area, the possession of the property in noida next 3 months. This directive of the chief minister has come from a three-member committee of the ministers that are submitted to him in a report on the matter especially during the high-level meeting that was chaired by Adityanath.
This meeting was attended by some senior officials of state government, Yamuna Expressway Industrial Authority, Noida, Greater Noida and representatives of the builders. The builders have agreed to provide possession to 50,000 home buyers in the coming three months. This period of 3 months began yesterday. They have the option of taking action against the builders who don’t cooperate with state government on this issue. It is being informed that over 13 first information reports have been filed that too against the builders.
Around 1.5 lakh home buyers have not really been able to get possession irrespective of the fact that depositing with the builders over 60-70% of the value of the property. Also, the co-developers maybe roped in to give relief to leftover 1,00,000 home buyers.
Chief Minister warned the officials of Greater Noida and Noida Industrial Development Authorities against the laxity in the issue certificates of completion of work to developers or builders. This will implement the direction of the chief minister.
